We currently offer shipping to all addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). We do not ship internationally at this time. All orders must be shipped to a valid, physical address (PO Boxes are not accepted unless otherwise specified).
2. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Offer
Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all eligible orders (before taxes). No coupon code is required—free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order meets the minimum threshold.
Standard Shipping (Non-Eligible): For orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold, a standard shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options (e.g., 2-Day, Next-Day) are available for an additional fee, calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and order weight. Expedited shipping is only available for orders placed before 12:00 PM (CST) on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
3. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Processing time does not include shipping time and may be extended during peak seasons (e.g., summer, holidays) or due to unexpected delays (e.g., inventory shortages, weather). You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order is processed and shipped, including a tracking number.
3.2 Delivery Timelines
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days from the date of shipment (excludes processing time).
2-Day Shipping: 2 business days from the date of shipment (available for eligible addresses; excludes processing time).
Next-ay Shipping: 1 business day from the date of shipment (available for eligible addresses; excludes processing time).
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates provided by our shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS) and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather, carrier delays, or address inaccuracies.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery directly on the carrier’s website. 5. Shipping Address Requirements
You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and up-to-date shipping address. IGAOMI is not liable for delayed, lost, or misdelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If your order is returned to us due to an invalid address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the order.
6. Risk of Loss & Title
The risk of loss and title to your purchased products pass to you upon our delivery of the order to the shipping carrier. IGAOMI is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been delivered to the carrier and scanned as “in transit.” If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

We strive to meet all delivery timelines, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Delays may occur due to:
