1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe
We offer an extended return period of 60 days from the date of delivery for all eligible products. To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, products must meet the following criteria:
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition (no stains, tears, or damage).
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached to the product.
Products must not have been altered, modified, or worn (except for try-on purposes that do not damage the item).
Return requests must be initiated within 60 days of the delivery date; returns received after this timeframe will not be accepted or processed.
Note: Final sale items, if applicable, are non-returnable and non-refundable. Final sale items will be clearly marked on the product page at the time of purchase.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these simple steps:
Contact our customer service team at contact@igaomi.com with your order number, the name of the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Our team will review your request and, if eligible, send you a return authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions via email within 2 business days.
Package the eligible product(s) securely, include the RA number (printed or written) inside the package, and attach any shipping labels provided by our team (if applicable).
Ship the return package to the address specified in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or misdelivered return packages.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect product, damaged item, or defective product). In cases of our error, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for the return, unless the return is a result of our error.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return package (typically 3–5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will verify that the product(s) meet the return eligibility criteria.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but typically take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price of the eligible product(s), minus any non-refundable shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).
If a refund is approved but the original payment method is no longer active, please contact our customer service team to arrange an alternative refund method.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible products, subject to product availability. To request an exchange:
Follow the return initiation steps outlined in Section 2, and specify that you would like an exchange (instead of a refund) in your email to customer service.
Include the details of the product you wish to exchange (size, color, style) in your request.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will ship the requested exchange item (if available) to you at no additional shipping cost. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., wrong size, wrong style), please contact our customer service team at contact@igaomi.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damaged/defective item or the incorrect product, along with your order number.
We will arrange for a free return and either send a replacement product (if available) or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
